Je ur\u010deno realitou s\u00edt\u011b, tepeln\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm a provozn\u00ed dostupnost\u00ed. Pokud vozidla stoj\u00ed p\u0159es noc a omezen\u00ed propustnosti jsou m\u00edrn\u00e1, <strong>CCS se sd\u00edlen\u00edm energie<\/strong> \u010dasto v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed d\u00edky celkov\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a jednoduchosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nejedn\u00e1 se o stavbu typu \u201enastav a zapome\u0148\u201c. Lokality t\u0159\u00eddy MW se chovaj\u00ed jako pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee: uveden\u00ed do provozu, p\u0159ej\u00edmac\u00ed zkou\u0161ky a provozn\u00ed discipl\u00edna jsou stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jako hardware.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka in\u017een\u00fdra:<\/strong>Nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak program MCS vykolejit, je zach\u00e1zet s n\u00edm jako s \u201ezad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek na nab\u00edje\u010dky\u201c. V roce 2026 se chov\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e jako uveden\u00ed do provozu\u2026 <strong>pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e soused\u00edc\u00ed s rozvodnou<\/strong> s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi ohledn\u011b provozuschopnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Kdy je MCS skv\u011bl\u00e1 investice \u2013 a kdy \u0161patn\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MCS m\u00e1 obvykle smysl, kdy\u017e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Doba setrv\u00e1n\u00ed je omezen\u00e1<\/strong> (\u010dasto &lt; 60 minut) a propustnost je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd ukazatel v\u00fdkonnosti (KPI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u016f\u017eete \u0159\u00eddit <strong>vysok\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed<\/strong>Aktiva t\u0159\u00eddy MW se odepisuj\u00ed bez ohledu na to, zda se nab\u00edjej\u00ed, nebo jsou ne\u010dinn\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u016f\u017eete spustit upstream scope: <strong>Propojen\u00ed VN<\/strong>, dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty transform\u00e1tor\u016f, koordinace ochran a p\u0159ej\u00edmac\u00ed zkou\u0161ky p\u0159i uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed do provozu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MCS je \u010dasto \u0161patn\u00e1 investice, kdy\u017e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dominuj\u00ed poplatky za popt\u00e1vku a nem\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zm\u00edr\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky (nap\u0159. <strong>BESS<\/strong>, smluvn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed popt\u00e1vky, pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed s ohledem na \u0161pi\u010dky). Megawattov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky m\u011bn\u00ed \u201evz\u00e1cn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti\u201c na \u201efaktura\u010dn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti\u201c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kapacita s\u00edt\u011b je omezen\u00e1 a modernizace jsou nejist\u00e9 nebo pomal\u00e9. Pokud propojen\u00ed zpo\u017e\u010fuje, hardware MCS je ne\u010dinn\u00fd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provozn\u00ed p\u0159ipravenost je nezral\u00e1: bez strukturovan\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eby, monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a izolace poruch nebude dostupnost odpov\u00eddat obchodn\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edpadu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka in\u017een\u00fdra:<\/strong>\u201e\u0160patn\u00e1 n\u00e1vratnost investic do MCS\u201c obvykle nen\u00ed zp\u016fsobena t\u00edm, \u017ee 1 MW je zbyte\u010dn\u00fd.
