A continuaci\u00f3n, se presentan algunas cl\u00e1usulas principales de la AFIR.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9990f79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9990f79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">1.\u00a0<strong>Expandir <\/strong><strong>el<\/strong><strong>La red de carga<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7007f72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7007f72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La AFIR exige que cada pa\u00eds aumente su capacidad de carga p\u00fablica en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en uso. Para los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de bater\u00eda, la potencia de carga p\u00fablica disponible debe ser de al menos 1,3 kilovatios por veh\u00edculo. Para los h\u00edbridos enchufables, la potencia requerida es de al menos 0,8 kilovatios por veh\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de la capacidad total, la red principal de la RTE-T requiere al menos un punto de carga r\u00e1pida de m\u00e1s de 150 kW cada 60 km para 2025, cada uno con un cargador ultrarr\u00e1pido de 350 kW. Su objetivo es facilitar los viajes de larga distancia y reducir las interrupciones de carga en la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-329542d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"329542d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">2. <strong>Opciones de pago temporales<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c6538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c6538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">En las estaciones de carga p\u00fablicas implementadas a partir del 13 de abril de 2024, la carga debe ser accesible para todos los conductores, no solo para aquellos con suscripciones o a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones. Todos los puntos de carga p\u00fablicos deben ofrecer opciones de pago que funcionen sin necesidad de una cuenta. Los pagos con tarjeta sin contacto y el escaneo de c\u00f3digos QR son las principales soluciones recomendadas por la AFIR.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Este enfoque garantiza que cualquier conductor pueda utilizar una estaci\u00f3n en cualquier momento sin necesidad de descargar una aplicaci\u00f3n o registrarse con un proveedor.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e54b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e54b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">3. <strong>Transparencia de precios<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-436c560 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"436c560\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">El reglamento exige que los precios de carga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos sean razonables, transparentes, claramente comparables y no discriminatorios para los usuarios antes de iniciar la carga. Los conductores deben poder consultar esta informaci\u00f3n en el propio cargador o a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales como aplicaciones m\u00f3viles y sitios web. El objetivo es fomentar la confianza del usuario evitando costes ocultos o estructuras de precios poco claras. No obstante, se permite la diferenciaci\u00f3n de precios, siempre que sea moderada y est\u00e9 objetivamente justificada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, en el caso de las estaciones de recarga p\u00fablicas de combustibles alternativos con una potencia de salida de 50 kW o superior, los operadores deber\u00e1n basar sus precios de electricidad ad hoc en una tarifa por kWh por la energ\u00eda suministrada. Asimismo, los operadores de estas estaciones de recarga podr\u00e1n imponer una tarifa por minuto de ocupaci\u00f3n para desincentivar el uso prolongado. No obstante, tanto el precio por kilovatio-hora como la tarifa por minuto de ocupaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n estar claramente visibles.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fde23c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fde23c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. <strong>Funciones de carga inteligente<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6619eb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6619eb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La normativa AFIR fomenta la integraci\u00f3n de los puntos de carga con funciones de carga inteligente, como el ajuste del suministro de energ\u00eda seg\u00fan las condiciones de la red o la energ\u00eda sostenible. Estas funciones ayudan a equilibrar la demanda, reducir el desperdicio de energ\u00eda y fomentar el uso de fuentes renovables. La carga inteligente tambi\u00e9n permite a los operadores gestionar las cargas de forma m\u00e1s eficaz y mejorar la eficiencia de su red.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9485bbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9485bbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">5<strong>. Interoperabilidad<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f35da38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f35da38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">AFIR tambi\u00e9n enfatiza la interoperabilidad de la infraestructura de carga, garantizando que los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de diferentes marcas y modelos puedan cargarse en cualquier estaci\u00f3n, con el intercambio de datos habilitado entre CPO, EMSP, plataformas de itinerancia y conductores. Esto requiere que los operadores de estaciones de carga se aseguren de que sus equipos cumplan con est\u00e1ndares t\u00e9cnicos unificados, admitan m\u00faltiples interfaces de carga y protocolos de comunicaci\u00f3n, y ofrezcan funcionalidad de itinerancia de carga.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">En consecuencia, las soluciones de carga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos deben incorporar conectividad de tarjeta SIM para facilitar el intercambio de datos, como facturas de carga y registros de consumo de energ\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59f6cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59f6cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6. <strong>Cables de carga fijos<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75784a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75784a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Las estaciones p\u00fablicas de combustible alternativo, en particular las que ofrecen carga de CC, deben estar equipadas con cables de carga fijos. Esto elimina la necesidad de que los conductores lleven su propio equipo y hace que el proceso sea m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y c\u00f3modo. Tambi\u00e9n reduce las interrupciones de carga causadas por da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas de cables.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5234a41 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5234a41\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">7. <strong>No discriminatorio <\/strong><strong>PAG<\/strong><strong>pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e40af8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e40af8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de prohibir la discriminaci\u00f3n de precios entre usuarios finales y proveedores de servicios de movilidad, o entre diferentes proveedores, AFIR tambi\u00e9n aboga por garantizar el acceso universal a la infraestructura de carga, incluyendo a personas con movilidad reducida, personas mayores y personas con discapacidad. Por ejemplo, garantizando estaciones de carga accesibles, zonas de aparcamiento amplias y puntos de carga a alturas adecuadas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Esto apoya el uso justo de la infraestructura p\u00fablica y permite viajar sin problemas entre pa\u00edses dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Todas estas cl\u00e1usulas definen un enfoque m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico y centrado en el usuario para la carga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.
