Ce dernier vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de l&#039;UE de 551\u00a0TP3T d&#039;ici 2030, tandis que l&#039;AFIR fixe des objectifs juridiquement contraignants pour le d\u00e9ploiement de bornes de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, de stations de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne et d&#039;installations de raccordement \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 quai le long du r\u00e9seau transeurop\u00e9en de transport (RTE-T) et dans les zones urbaines. Pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, la puissance de recharge publique disponible doit \u00eatre d&#039;au moins 1,3 kilowatt par v\u00e9hicule. Pour les v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables, la puissance requise est d&#039;au moins 0,8 kilowatt par v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Outre la capacit\u00e9 globale, le r\u00e9seau central RTE-T n\u00e9cessite au moins une borne de recharge rapide de 150 kW et plus tous les 60 km d&#039;ici 2025, chaque borne \u00e9tant \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#039;une borne ultra-rapide de 350 kW. L&#039;objectif est de faciliter les d\u00e9placements longue distance et de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9carts de recharge dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-329542d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"329542d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">2. <strong>Options de paiement temporaires<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c6538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c6538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pour les bornes de recharge publiques d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du 13 avril 2024, la recharge doit \u00eatre accessible \u00e0 tous les conducteurs, et pas seulement aux abonn\u00e9s ou aux applications. Chaque borne de recharge publique doit proposer des options de paiement sans compte. Le paiement par carte sans contact et la lecture de codes QR sont les principales solutions encourag\u00e9es par l&#039;AFIR.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Cette approche garantit que tout conducteur peut utiliser une station \u00e0 tout moment sans avoir besoin de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger une application ou de s\u2019inscrire aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un fournisseur.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e54b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e54b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">3. <strong>Transparence des prix<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-436c560 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"436c560\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La r\u00e9glementation exige que les tarifs de recharge des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques soient raisonnables, transparents, clairement comparables et non discriminatoires pour les utilisateurs avant le d\u00e9but de la recharge. Les conducteurs doivent pouvoir consulter ces informations directement sur la borne de recharge ou via des plateformes num\u00e9riques telles que des applications mobiles et des sites web. L&#039;objectif est de renforcer la confiance des utilisateurs en \u00e9vitant les co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s ou les structures tarifaires floues. Toutefois, une diff\u00e9renciation des niveaux de prix est autoris\u00e9e, \u00e0 condition qu&#039;elle reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et objectivement justifi\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">De plus, pour les stations publiques de carburants alternatifs d&#039;une puissance de 50 kW ou plus, les exploitants devront baser leur tarification de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur un tarif au kWh pour l&#039;\u00e9nergie fournie. De plus, les exploitants de ces bornes de recharge pourront imposer des frais d&#039;occupation \u00e0 la minute afin de d\u00e9courager une utilisation prolong\u00e9e.
