lefedetts\u00e9ge)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az EU f\u0151 k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si folyos\u00f3i a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k szerint vannak rendszerezve: <strong>S\u00c1TOR<\/strong>Az AFIR f\u0151 c\u00e9lja a nyilv\u00e1nos t\u00f6lt\u00e9s <strong>s\u0171r\u0171bb \u00e9s megb\u00edzhat\u00f3bb<\/strong> ezen \u00fatvonalak ment\u00e9n, cs\u00f6kkentve a hat\u00e1rokon \u00e1tny\u00fal\u00f3 \u201elefedetts\u00e9gi hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gokat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Szem\u00e9lyg\u00e9pkocsik:<\/strong> A 2020-as \u00e9vek k\u00f6zep\u00e9t\u0151l teherg\u00e9pkocsik:<\/strong> Az AFIR a folyos\u00f3k \u00e9s csom\u00f3pontok k\u00e9szenl\u00e9t\u00e9t is el\u0151mozd\u00edtja a neh\u00e9z teherb\u00edr\u00e1s\u00fa logisztika sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, a piacot a nagyobb teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 telephelyek \u00e9s a kisz\u00e1m\u00edthat\u00f3bb rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00e1s fel\u00e9 haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3s\u00e1ga)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az AFIR egyik legl\u00e1that\u00f3bb felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i ir\u00e1nya a nyilv\u00e1nos t\u00f6lt\u00e9s megk\u00f6nny\u00edt\u00e9se azoknak a sof\u0151r\u00f6knek, akik nem k\u00edv\u00e1nnak egy adott \u00f6kosziszt\u00e9m\u00e1hoz csatlakozni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Utaz\u00e1si ir\u00e1ny:<\/strong> Az eseti d\u00edjszab\u00e1snak praktikusnak kell lennie, univerz\u00e1lisabb fizet\u00e9si lehet\u0151s\u00e9gekkel \u00e9s kevesebb \u201ealkalmaz\u00e1s let\u00f6lt\u00e9se \/ regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3ja beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok + m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s<\/strong> stresszteszt. A legnehezebb r\u00e9sz nem egyszer\u0171en a \u201et\u00f6bb t\u00f6lt\u0151 telep\u00edt\u00e9se\u201d, hanem egy olyan h\u00e1l\u00f3zat \u00fczemeltet\u00e9se, amely <strong>telep\u00edthet\u0151, m\u0171k\u00f6dtethet\u0151 \u00e9s audit\u00e1lhat\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) A hardverfriss\u00edt\u00e9sek dr\u00e1g\u00e1k (ut\u00f3lagos beszerel\u00e9s val\u00f3s\u00e1ga)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sok kor\u00e1bbi webhelyet nem a j\u00f6v\u0151beli fizet\u00e9si lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek, a tov\u00e1bbfejlesztett megjelen\u00edt\u00e9si k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek vagy a v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 megfelel\u0151s\u00e9gi elv\u00e1r\u00e1sok figyelembev\u00e9tel\u00e9vel \u00e9p\u00edtettek. F\u00e1zisos k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeket hat\u00e1roz meg a nyilv\u00e1nos t\u00f6lt\u0151\u00e1llom\u00e1sok ki\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3an \u2013 k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a TEN-T folyos\u00f3kon \u2013, mik\u00f6zben hangs\u00falyozza a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i \u00e9lm\u00e9nyt, az \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3s\u00e1got \u00e9s a m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si fegyelmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. k\u00e9rd\u00e9s: Mikor alkalmazand\u00f3 az AFIR?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az AFIR 2024-t\u0151l hat\u00e1lyos, \u00e9s a k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek 2025 \u00e9s 2030 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt fokoz\u00f3dnak. A gyakorlatban a szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 hat\u00f3s\u00e1gnak gyakran kor\u00e1bban kell elkezdenie a munk\u00e1t, mivel a h\u00e1l\u00f3zat korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9s az enged\u00e9lyeztet\u00e9s 18-24 h\u00f3napot is ig\u00e9nybe vehet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. k\u00e9rd\u00e9s: Mit szab\u00e1lyoz els\u0151sorban az AFIR?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1rom dolog: a folyos\u00f3 lefedetts\u00e9ge\/kapacit\u00e1sa (TEN-T), a haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3s\u00e1g (kevesebb fizet\u00e9si s\u00farl\u00f3d\u00e1s), valamint az \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3s\u00e1g\/adatok (vil\u00e1gos \u00e1rk\u00e9pz\u00e9si logika \u00e9s megb\u00edzhat\u00f3bb \u00e1llapotinform\u00e1ci\u00f3k). Nem csak \u201et\u00f6bb t\u00f6lt\u0151 \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se\u201d, hanem \u201ehaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3v\u00e1 \u00e9s audit\u00e1lhat\u00f3v\u00e1 t\u00e9tele\u201d a c\u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. k\u00e9rd\u00e9s: Az AFIR mindenhol el\u0151\u00edrja a k\u00e1rty\u00e1s fizet\u00e9st?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Az AFIR a gyakorlatiass\u00e1g \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az eseti d\u00edjszab\u00e1st szorgalmazza, \u00e9s cs\u00f6kkenti a z\u00e1rt el\u0151fizet\u00e9ses \u00f6kosziszt\u00e9m\u00e1kt\u00f3l val\u00f3 f\u00fcgg\u0151s\u00e9get.
