Ecco alcune delle principali clausole dell&#039;AFIR.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9990f79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9990f79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">1.\u00a0<strong>Espandere <\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>la rete di ricarica<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7007f72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7007f72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">L&#039;AFIR richiede a ciascun Paese di aumentare la propria capacit\u00e0 di ricarica pubblica in base al numero di veicoli elettrici in uso. Per i veicoli elettrici a batteria, la potenza di ricarica pubblica disponibile deve essere di almeno 1,3 kilowatt per veicolo. Per i veicoli ibridi plug-in, la potenza richiesta \u00e8 di almeno 0,8 kilowatt per veicolo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Oltre alla capacit\u00e0 complessiva, la rete centrale TEN-T richieder\u00e0 almeno un punto di ricarica rapida da 150 kW+ ogni 60 km entro il 2025, con ogni punto dotato di un caricabatterie ultraveloce da 350 kW. L&#039;obiettivo \u00e8 supportare i viaggi a lunga distanza e ridurre le lacune nella ricarica nella regione.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-329542d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"329542d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">2. <strong>Opzioni di pagamento temporanee<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c6538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c6538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Per le stazioni di ricarica pubbliche installate a partire dal 13 aprile 2024, la ricarica dovr\u00e0 essere accessibile a tutti gli automobilisti, non solo a coloro che hanno un abbonamento o tramite app. Ogni punto di ricarica pubblico dovr\u00e0 offrire opzioni di pagamento che funzionino senza account. I pagamenti con carta contactless e la scansione di codici QR sono le principali soluzioni incoraggiate dall&#039;AFIR.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Questo approccio garantisce che qualsiasi conducente possa utilizzare una stazione in qualsiasi momento senza dover scaricare un&#039;app o registrarsi presso un fornitore.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e54b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e54b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">3. <strong>Trasparenza dei prezzi<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-436c560 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"436c560\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Il regolamento richiede che i prezzi di ricarica dei veicoli elettrici siano ragionevoli, trasparenti, chiaramente comparabili e non discriminatori per gli utenti prima dell&#039;inizio della ricarica. I conducenti devono essere in grado di visualizzare queste informazioni direttamente sulla stazione di ricarica o tramite piattaforme digitali come app e siti web. L&#039;obiettivo \u00e8 rafforzare la fiducia degli utenti evitando costi nascosti o strutture tariffarie poco chiare. Tuttavia, la differenziazione dei prezzi \u00e8 consentita, a condizione che rimanga moderata e oggettivamente giustificata.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Inoltre, per le stazioni pubbliche di rifornimento di carburante alternativo con una potenza di uscita pari o superiore a 50 kW, i gestori dovranno basare la propria tariffazione ad hoc dell&#039;elettricit\u00e0 su una tariffa per kWh per l&#039;energia fornita. Inoltre, i gestori di queste stazioni di ricarica possono imporre una tariffa al minuto di utilizzo per scoraggiare l&#039;uso prolungato. Tuttavia, sia il prezzo al kilowattora sia la tariffa al minuto di utilizzo devono essere chiaramente esposti.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fde23c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fde23c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. <strong>Funzioni di ricarica intelligenti<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6619eb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6619eb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Le normative AFIR incoraggiano l&#039;integrazione dei punti di ricarica con funzionalit\u00e0 di ricarica intelligente, come la regolazione dell&#039;erogazione di energia in base alle condizioni della rete o all&#039;energia sostenibile. Queste funzioni contribuiscono a bilanciare la domanda, ridurre gli sprechi energetici e supportare l&#039;uso di fonti rinnovabili. Ci\u00f2 richiede che i gestori delle stazioni di ricarica garantiscano che le loro apparecchiature siano conformi a standard tecnici unificati, supportino pi\u00f9 interfacce di ricarica e protocolli di comunicazione e offrano funzionalit\u00e0 di roaming per la ricarica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Di conseguenza, le soluzioni di ricarica per veicoli elettrici devono integrare la connettivit\u00e0 della scheda SIM per facilitare lo scambio di dati, come le bollette di ricarica e i registri dei consumi energetici.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59f6cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59f6cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6. <strong>Cavi di ricarica fissi<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75784a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75784a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Le stazioni di rifornimento pubbliche di carburante alternativo, in particolare quelle che offrono la ricarica a corrente continua (CC), devono essere dotate di cavi di ricarica fissi. Ci\u00f2 elimina la necessit\u00e0 per gli automobilisti di trasportare la propria attrezzatura e rende il processo pi\u00f9 rapido e comodo. Riduce inoltre le interruzioni di ricarica causate da danni o smarrimenti dei cavi.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5234a41 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5234a41\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">7. <strong>Non discriminatorio <\/strong><strong>P<\/strong><strong>pratiche<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e40af8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e40af8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Oltre a vietare prezzi discriminatori tra utenti finali e fornitori di servizi di mobilit\u00e0 o tra diversi fornitori di servizi di mobilit\u00e0, l&#039;AFIR si impegna anche a garantire l&#039;accesso universale alle infrastrutture di ricarica, anche per le persone con difficolt\u00e0 motorie, gli anziani e le persone con disabilit\u00e0. Ad esempio, garantendo la disposizione accessibile delle stazioni di ricarica, ampie aree di parcheggio e porte di ricarica ad altezze adeguate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ci\u00f2 favorisce un uso corretto delle infrastrutture pubbliche e consente spostamenti fluidi tra i paesi dell&#039;Unione Europea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Tutte queste clausole definiscono un approccio alla ricarica dei veicoli elettrici pi\u00f9 pratico e incentrato sull&#039;utente.
