Aqui est\u00e3o algumas das principais cl\u00e1usulas do AFIR.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9990f79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9990f79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">1.\u00a0<strong>Expandir <\/strong><strong>para<\/strong><strong>a rede de carregamento<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7007f72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7007f72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A AFIR exige que cada pa\u00eds aumente sua capacidade de carregamento p\u00fablico com base no n\u00famero de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos em uso. Para ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos a bateria, a pot\u00eancia de carregamento p\u00fablico dispon\u00edvel deve ser de pelo menos 1,3 quilowatts por ve\u00edculo. Para h\u00edbridos plug-in, a pot\u00eancia necess\u00e1ria \u00e9 de pelo menos 0,8 quilowatts por ve\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m da capacidade total, a rede principal da RTE-T precisa de pelo menos um ponto de carregamento r\u00e1pido de 150 kW+ a cada 60 km at\u00e9 2025, com cada ponto incluindo um carregador ultrarr\u00e1pido de 350 kW. O objetivo \u00e9 apoiar viagens de longa dist\u00e2ncia e reduzir as lacunas de carregamento em toda a regi\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-329542d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"329542d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">2. <strong>Op\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento tempor\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c6538 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c6538\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Para esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento p\u00fablicas implantadas a partir de 13 de abril de 2024, o carregamento deve ser acess\u00edvel a todos os motoristas, n\u00e3o apenas \u00e0queles com assinaturas ou por meio de aplicativos. Todos os pontos de carregamento p\u00fablicos devem oferecer op\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento que funcionem sem conta. Pagamentos com cart\u00e3o sem contato e leitura de QR code s\u00e3o as principais solu\u00e7\u00f5es incentivadas pelo AFIR.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Essa abordagem garante que qualquer motorista possa usar uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o a qualquer momento, sem precisar baixar um aplicativo ou se registrar em um provedor.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e54b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e54b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #004c83;\">3. <strong>Transpar\u00eancia de pre\u00e7os<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-436c560 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"436c560\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o exige que os pre\u00e7os de recarga de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos sejam razo\u00e1veis, transparentes, claramente compar\u00e1veis e n\u00e3o discriminat\u00f3rios para os usu\u00e1rios antes do in\u00edcio da recarga. Os motoristas devem poder visualizar essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es no pr\u00f3prio carregador ou por meio de plataformas digitais, como aplicativos e sites. O objetivo \u00e9 aumentar a confian\u00e7a do usu\u00e1rio, evitando custos ocultos ou estruturas de pre\u00e7os pouco claras. No entanto, a diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os \u00e9 permitida, desde que seja moderada e objetivamente justificada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m disso, para postos p\u00fablicos de combust\u00edveis alternativos com pot\u00eancia de sa\u00edda igual ou superior a 50 kW, os operadores devem basear seus pre\u00e7os de eletricidade ad hoc em uma tarifa por kWh para a energia fornecida. Al\u00e9m disso, os operadores desses postos de recarga podem impor uma taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o por minuto para desencorajar o uso prolongado. No entanto, tanto o pre\u00e7o por quilowatt-hora quanto a taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o por minuto devem ser exibidos claramente.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fde23c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fde23c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #004c83; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. <strong>Fun\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento inteligentes<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6619eb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6619eb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">As regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es da AFIR incentivam os pontos de carregamento a integrar recursos de carregamento inteligente, como o ajuste do fornecimento de energia com base nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es da rede ou em energia sustent\u00e1vel. Por exemplo, garantindo layouts de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento acess\u00edveis, \u00e1reas de estacionamento espa\u00e7osas e pontos de carregamento em alturas adequadas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Isso apoia o uso justo da infraestrutura p\u00fablica e permite viagens tranquilas entre pa\u00edses da Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Todas essas cl\u00e1usulas definem uma abordagem mais pr\u00e1tica e centrada no usu\u00e1rio para o carregamento de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos.
