Almanya, ek testler yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor <strong>PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt)<\/strong> t\u00fcm faturalama s\u00fcrecinin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 garanti alt\u0131na almak.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"afir\">1.3 AB AFIR Y\u00f6netmelikleriyle Uyum (2023\u20132024)<\/h3>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#039;nin <strong>AFIR d\u00fczenlemesi<\/strong> Art\u0131k kamusal \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n net fiyatland\u0131rma, \u015feffaf enerji \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan eri\u015filebilir faturaland\u0131rma bilgileri sunmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Almanya bu kurallar\u0131 ek ulusal gerekliliklerle birlikte uyguluyor ve <strong>ORTA + PTB<\/strong> B\u00f6lgede faaliyet g\u00f6steren her DC \u015farj cihaz\u0131n\u0131n olmazsa olmaz\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mid-ptb\">2.
