ba\u011fl\u0131 standartlar veya gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik yetenekler olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, temel standartlar haline gelecekler. <strong>g\u00f6rev a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6n ko\u015fullar<\/strong> Uyumlu, \u00f6l\u00e7eklenebilir ve ticari olarak uygulanabilir elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u015farj altyap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak EVB&#039;nin uygulama deneyimi, bir\u00e7ok projenin standartlar\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131ndan de\u011fil, ba\u015fka nedenlerden dolay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. <strong>G\u00fcven y\u00f6netimi, sertifika ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc y\u00f6netimi, sistem entegrasyon s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, yan\u0131t gecikmesi k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 ve d\u00fczenleyici y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler hafife al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y\u00f6neticiler ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ISO 15118, bir ileti\u015fim protokol\u00fcnden evrim ge\u00e7irerek bir standart haline gelmi\u015ftir. <strong>g\u00fcven ve kimlik y\u00f6neti\u015fim \u00e7er\u00e7evesi<\/strong>PKI, sertifika ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc y\u00f6netimi ve iptal i\u015flemlerinin ele al\u0131nmas\u0131na odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tak ve \u015farj etme g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi daha \u00e7ok \u015funlara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r: <strong>sertifika y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7evrimd\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcreklilik ve arka u\u00e7 koordinasyonu<\/strong> sadece \u015farj cihaz\u0131 donan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olmaktan daha fazlas\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OCPP 1.6 teknik olarak Tak ve \u015earj \u00f6zelli\u011fini destekleyebilse de, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda giderek daha fazla \u00f6nem kazanacakt\u0131r. ISO 15118 ve OCPP Neden Hala Yanl\u0131\u015f Anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130hale belgelerinde, politika dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131nda ve teknik \u015fartnamelerde ISO 15118 ve OCPP genellikle genel birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirlik gereksinimleri olarak grupland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Uygulamada ise bunlar, genel i\u015fleyi\u015f gereksinimlerini belirler. <strong>Sistem katmanlar\u0131nda temelde farkl\u0131 sorumluluklar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EVB&#039;nin uygulama deneyimi, bir\u00e7ok hatan\u0131n standartlar\u0131n eksikli\u011finden de\u011fil, \u015funlardan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standartlar\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f mimari katmanda desteklemek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protokol uyumlulu\u011funu tek seferlik bir entegrasyon g\u00f6revi olarak ele almak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sertifika yenileme, iptal ve g\u00fcvene dayal\u0131 y\u00f6netim gibi devam eden sorumluluklar\u0131 hafife almak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131mlar ba\u011flant\u0131dan ziyade \u015funlarla tan\u0131mlanacak: <strong>\u015earj ekosistemi genelinde g\u00fcvenin nas\u0131l kuruldu\u011fu, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Sistem Mimarisinin Ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi: Elektrikli Ara\u00e7 \u2194 \u015earj Cihaz\u0131 \u2194 Arka U\u00e7<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>EVSE&#039;nin i\u00e7inde, &quot;Entegrasyon A\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131&quot; a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u015fu \u015fekilde uygulanmaktad\u0131r: <\/em><strong><em>Mesaj \u00c7eviri Motoru<\/em><\/strong><em>.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130letilmek istenen temel mesaj:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO 15118, OCPP ve IEC 61851 standartlar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir. <strong>ayr\u0131, \u00fcst \u00fcste binmeyen katmanlar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m istikrars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en s\u0131k \u015fu noktada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar: <strong>EVSE entegrasyon katman\u0131<\/strong>ISO 15118 g\u00fcven ve oturum mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n OCPP i\u015f ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131na \u00e7evrilmesi gereken yer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EVSE i\u00e7indeki Mesaj \u00c7eviri Motoru \u015funlardan sorumludur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ISO 15118 kimlik do\u011frulama ve sertifika mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n arka u\u00e7 yetkilendirme ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131na e\u015flenmesi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u015earj etme niyetini OCPP oturum kontrol\u00fc, faturalama ve Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015earj mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla uyumlu hale getirme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arka u\u00e7 ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 bozuldu\u011funda g\u00fcven kararlar\u0131n\u0131n yerel olarak uygulanmas\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu katmandaki hizalama sorunlar\u0131, ger\u00e7ek d\u00fcnyadaki ar\u0131zalar\u0131n en yayg\u0131n temel nedenlerinden biri olmaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. ISO 15118 Deste\u011finin Pratikte Anlam\u0131 (2026 Temel De\u011feri)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130letilmek istenen temel mesaj:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak ve \u015earj Et <strong>tek seferlik bir \u00f6zellik de\u011fil<\/strong>Ancak bu, devam eden bir operasyonel sistemdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratikte, ar\u0131zalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u015fu durumlarda meydana gelir: <strong>sertifika yenileme, iptal kontrolleri ve g\u00fcven zinciri g\u00fcncellemeleri<\/strong>Planlama s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla hafife al\u0131nan fakt\u00f6rler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretim ortamlar\u0131nda ISO 15118 deste\u011fi, spesifikasyonun tam kapsam\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 projelerde g\u00f6zlemlenen etkili temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00fcvenilir Tak ve \u015earj Et (ISO 15118-2 veya ISO 15118-20)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130stikrarl\u0131 sertifika de\u011fi\u015fimi, do\u011frulama ve iptal i\u015flemlerinin y\u00f6netimi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birden fazla eMSP genelinde arka u\u00e7 yetkilendirme uyumlulu\u011fu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birden fazla OEM uygulamas\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirlik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Geli\u015fmi\u015f Senaryolar: ISO 15118-20, DASH, DLM ve Y\u00fcksek Yo\u011funluklu \u015earj Merkezleri<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ok b\u00f6lmeli \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131nda, ISO 15118-20 standard\u0131 ek karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k getirir. <strong>DASH (Dinamik \u0130li\u015fkilendirme ve Se\u00e7im Hiyerar\u015fisi)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinamik ara\u00e7-\u015farj istasyonu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131, EVSE mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve arka u\u00e7 d\u00fczenlemesi aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131 bir koordinasyon gerektiren, \u00f6nemsiz olmayan bir zorluk haline geliyor. <strong>\u00f6zellikle otomatik vale \u015farj\u0131 ve \u00e7ok ara\u00e7l\u0131 otopark senaryolar\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/strong>Bunlara a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fck kamyon filolar\u0131 ve lojistik merkezleri de dahildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki kurulumlarda DASH, giderek daha \u00e7ok a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilerle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak: <strong>Dinamik Y\u00fck Y\u00f6netimi (DLM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eebeke g\u00fcc\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 alt\u0131nda, DASH&#039;\u0131n amac\u0131 yaln\u0131zca ba\u011flant\u0131 kurmak de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda olanak sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. <strong>yerel karar mant\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> Bu, mevcut kapasitenin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fu durumlarda ISO 15118 oturum tahsisi i\u00e7in hangi arac\u0131n \u00f6nceliklendirilece\u011fini belirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda, EVSE seviyesindeki yerel motorlar \u015fu konularda kritik bir rol oynar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 \u015febeke ve tesis g\u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ara\u00e7lara kalk\u0131\u015f saatine, filo politikas\u0131na veya operasyonel aciliyete g\u00f6re \u00f6ncelik verilmesi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 15118 el s\u0131k\u0131\u015fma tahsisinin buna g\u00f6re koordine edilmesi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO 15118-20, DASH ve DLM aras\u0131ndaki bu s\u0131k\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r: <strong>\u00f6l\u00e7eklenebilir, y\u00fcksek yo\u011funluklu \u015farj i\u015flemleri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V2G Teknolojinin \u00d6tesinde: \u015eebeke Gelirlerinin Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Yan\u0131t Gecikmesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 VPP ve \u015febeke hizmeti senaryolar\u0131nda, ISO 15118-20&#039;nin de\u011feri yaln\u0131zca \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc enerji ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmakta de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda desteklemekte de yatmaktad\u0131r. <strong>yerel kontrol mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla milisaniye d\u00fczeyinde yan\u0131t gecikmesi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frekans d\u00fczenlemesi ve benzeri \u015febeke hizmetleri, yaln\u0131zca bulut tabanl\u0131 gidi\u015f-d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ileti\u015fimiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanamayacak kadar kat\u0131 yan\u0131t s\u00fcresi gereksinimleri getirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 para kazanma \u015funlara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r: <strong>yerel karar alma<\/strong>ISO 15118-20 ve OCPP 2.0.1 Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015earj profilleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla koordine edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. OCPP S\u00fcr\u00fcmleme ve Teknik Borcun Ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 ISO 15118 Projelerinde OCPP 1.6<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok kurulu a\u011f hala OCPP 1.6 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
