The EVB battery-integrated DC EV charger’s internal battery and charging power modules use advanced liquid cooling technology, enabling the charger to maintain optimal operating temperatures even at high-temperature, extremely cold, and high-frequency charging stations, as well as in heavy-duty truck or high-power DC fast-charging applications.

Unlike traditional air-cooled chargers that may experience power derating under heavy loads due to overheating, the EVB liquid-cooled EV charging solution supports higher continuous power output, more stable full-power operation, and longer periods of uninterrupted fast charging performance.

Liquid cooling also significantly reduces operating noise, creating a quieter charging environment. This makes EVB liquid-cooled charging stations ideal for deployment in cities, commercial areas, residential communities, and other noise-sensitive locations.

The dc ev charger is built with a 193kWh high-capacity energy storage battery, the battery can store electricity in advance and release power during peak EV charging periods, reducing dependence on instantaneous high-power grid supply.
The integrated energy storage system can also charge during off-peak electricity pricing periods and supply power during peak hours, helping reduce charging operating costs through peak shaving and valley filling.

Even during grid outages, the energy storage battery can continue providing emergency backup power to keep the EV charger operating reliably.
