Exterior Design

Drawing inspiration from the imagery of  ‘blade’, the design employs flat vertical surfaces and the golden ratio to create a minimalist geometric form that conveys a sense of restrained, rational strength. The brushed aluminum alloy shell provides a refined texture while offering fingerprint resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance, and weather durability, making it well-suited for outdoor environments. Paired with neutral tones, the design effectively reducing visual pressure and allowing it to integrate more naturally into its surroundings. The overall appearance resembles a refined architectural facade, transforming from an ‘industrial device’ into an integral ‘urban element’, achieving an organic fusion of technological and architectural language.

Ultra-thin

By innovatively applying a flat-layout design to the AC, DC, and control modules and replacing traditional fan-based cooling with an integrated liquid cooling system, this product ensures reliable heat dissipation under high-power operation while reducing the overall thickness from over 400mm in conventional designs to under 100 mm. This ultra-slim structure enables flexible installation options, such as wall-mounted or embedded setups, greatly expanding its range of application scenarios.

Optimized Spatial Adaptability

With an innovative ultra-thin wall-mounted design requiring only a 100 mm installation gap, the system saves approximately 30% of spatial volume. Whether in underground garages, urban streetscapes, or other confined areas, it can be flexibly integrated.

Enhanced Heat Dissipation

Through a high-efficiency liquid cooling system combined with an expanded metal heat-conductive panel, the design forms an omni-directional heat dissipation structure that improves efficiency by 30%. This ensures long-term durability of core components while maintaining low-noise operation.

Al-based Dynamic Power Allocation

This DC EV charger features dual charging guns with a total output of 150 kW. The intelligent power scheduling system allows for a single gun to be in use; the output can precisely adjust between 75 kW and 150 kW to match the vehicle’s requirements. When both guns operate simultaneously, the system dynamically allocates power based on each vehicle’s status and charging needs to achieve optimal efficiency. In addition, the AC/DC/Control modular architecture allows each module to be independently detached and replaced, greatly improving maintenance convenience and enabling future upgrades and scalability.

IP 65 Protection Level

The EV DC fast charger enclosure achieves an IP65 protection rating, effectively withstanding complex outdoor weather conditions. The electrical safety system integrates multiple protection mechanisms, including overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overheating, and insulation fault protection. It also features residual current detection with automatic circuit breaking and real-time monitoring of the surge protector via the main control board, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

User-Friendly Interaction

The interaction design is fully human-centered: the operation area is ergonomically positioned at a comfortable height of 1.2–1.5 meters, with the most frequently used functions—Start, Stop, and NFC—integrated into a single accessible zone. An intuitive display provides clear real-time operating status, while multiple interaction modes are supported, including plug-and-charge, Bluetooth, NFC, and physical buttons, ensuring smooth operation across different usage scenarios.The operation area is positioned at a natural height of 1.2–1.5 m for comfortable human interaction. High-frequency functions (Start/Stop/NFC) are integrated within a single, centralized layout. Supports multiple operation modes: plug-and-charge, Bluetooth, NFC, and physical buttons.
